Ander

male / Halfling / Warlord 3

Ander

"Remember! Hit them in the face!"

It's not entirely clear how the goblins were able to capture such a formidable warrior, but when the Red Order met Ander he was chained to a wall, a prisoner in Shadowfell Keep. He was all too happy to join their escape efforts and was instrumental in overcoming the goblin guards.

Having escaped the keep, he joined the Red Order in the defence of Winterhaven when an agent of Kalarel raised a small host of undead to attack the tiny village. He wished to aid them in their task of routing Kalarel from the keep, but he feared that other agents of Kalarel might be attacking his own village where he was employed as the marshal.

When he left, he bid the Red Order good luck in their task and invited them to visit his village.

Splug

male / Goblin / Warrior 1

Splug

"Heeey! Relax guys, we can sort something out."

According to Splug, he is a great warrior, a revered king of distant lands, fabulously wealthy and possibly a beautiful princess polymorphed into his current form.

Most people are certain he's really just a big fat liar.

Opportunistic, cowardly and vain much better describe the goblin that accompanied the Red Order through the upper levels of Shadowfell Keep. The party found him as a prisoner, locked up by his comrades. Kordell took responsibility for him when Splug promised them great wealth if they would free him and help him take revenge on his captors.

He was true to his word (for a while) as he helped them find a secret entrance to the goblin chieftains personal quarters. When things got tough though and the party was ambushed by a hobgoblin patrol, he did his best to avoid the fight all together, hiding under a blanket.

His current location, along with the chieftains treasure box, is currently unknown.

Kalarel

male / Human / Cleric 8

Kalarel

"All will cower before the might of Orcus!"

Kalarel was the leader of an emerging cult of Orcus. He managed to ally himself with some of kobolds and goblins near Winterhaven and established a base in Shadowfell Keep. Unbeknownst to the local populous, the keep was built on top of a stable portal to the Shadowfell. The portal had been sealed by the mystics of the old Nerathi empire and the keep was built to watch over it.

Kalarel had planned to open the portal, unleashing a tide of undead upon the land, spreading death and mayhem wherever they went. Fortunately, the Red Order uncovered his plan and were able to stop him, pushing him through the portal and sealing him on the other side where he was presumably destroyed by the same monstrosities he planned to loose on the Nentir Valley.

Armos Kamroth

male / Human / Warlock ?

Armos Kamroth

"The stars guide the unfolding of the past to reveal the future."

To most people in Fallcrest, Armos is simply a wealthy, self-styled lord. Over the past twenty years or so, he's steadily bought up the property around Fallcrest, until now he owns most of the city and more people pay him rent than not.

So far, the Red Order has surmised that he is a skilled warlock and that he seems to have his fingers in a lot of pies beyond the property market. They are fairly certain that he was some how behind Kalarel trying to open the rift to the Shadowfell, and he seems to have an unusual knowledge of ancient sites around the Nentir Valley.

They've held off confronting him due to his connections with the Lord Warden of Fallcrest and because he seems very eager to help the Red Order. Only time will tell where his true loyalties lay.

Cassandra

female / Doppelganger

Cassandra

"I play for both sides..."

The consummate spy, assassin and dilettante, the Doppelganger known as Cassandra prefers to take the form of beautiful human females while pursuing her enigmatic agenda.

The Red Order first encountered her in the employ of Poetry. She was responsible for hiring a gang of Bloodspear Orcs to protect Poetry, but eventually betrayed her when she posed as a grizzled old dwarf and tipped off the Red Order to the location of Poetry's hide out; thereby condemning Poetry and the Orcs to death at the hands of the vengeful Red Order. What she gained by the betrayal is not clear, but it's unlikely that the last of her has been seen.
